ACTS has secured a discounted rate at the Hilton Milwaukee. Rooms are available for booking until Friday, March 27, 2026 or until the block is filled. All room official room blocks are booked on a first come, first serve basis, register and book early!
Please note that housing may not be booked until registration is complete. The housing link will be included in the registration confirmation email.
If you qualify as a pre-doctoral trainee, you are eligible to book a room in the pre-doctoral room block. The room block consists of a limited number of reduced-rate rooms. The link to book within the student block will be shared with pre-doctoral trainees within two weeks of completing their registration - or until the pre-doctoral room block sells out.

Room Rate: $189 USD/night + tax (Deposit of one night's room and tax is required at time of booking)
Pre-Doc Room Rate: $129 USD/night + tax. This is a dedicated block for Pre-Doctoral students. The reservation link will be emailed to student attendees.
Cancellation Policy: Room cancellation(s) must be made, directly with the Hilton Milwaukee, 48 hours prior to arrival or guest will be subject to a 100% charge of the entire stay. ACTS is not responsible for any incurred cancellation fees for an individual's hotel stay.
WiFi
Standard in-room WiFi is included complimentary for rooms booked inside the official Translational Science room block.
Transportation
The Hilton Milwaukee is only 15 minutes away from Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport.
Travel Tip: Passengers should arrange their ride once they have all of their bags and are ready to exit the terminal.
