Translational Science 2024 Scientific Session Proposals

Important Dates and Deadlines

• Call for Scientific Session Proposals Open: August 21, 2023
• Call for Scientific Session Proposals Closes: October 2, 2023
• Session Accept/Reject Notification: Winter

We are now inviting session proposals from interested parties to present high quality scientific sessions at Translational Science 2024, and help provide direct exposure, working knowledge, and insight into the transformations the clinical and translational science and research field has undergone in the past two years.

Scientific programming sessions are expected to be no longer than 60 minutes, and presenters are expected to share their scientific session in-person.

Important Notes for Translational Science Scientific Session Proposals

• Translational Science 2024 will be IN PERSON ONLY. If selected, all scientific session proposals must be presented in person in Las Vegas, NV.

• Panel participants must be from various institutions, so the meeting attendees get the benefit of cross-institutional collaboration. A strong justification is required for proposals in which all participants are from the same institution.
• Panel participants should include women, underrepresented minority (including LGBTQ+) and/or early career scientists/clinicians. A strong justification is required for proposals in which participant diversity is not included.
