Important Dates and Deadlines

  • Call for Scientific Sessions and Poster Proposals Opened: August 11, 2025
  • Call for Scientific Sessions Closes: September 22, 2025
  • Call for Poster Proposals Closes: October 20, 2025
  • Session Decision Notifications: End of October 2025
  • Poster Decision Notifications: End of November 2025

Please Note:

Scientific programming sessions are expected to be no longer than 60 minutes, including time for Q&A.

Poster presentations will occur over two days and presenters will be assigned a date and time once accepted. All presenters are expected to share their scientific session in-person.
 

Important Details for Translational Science Scientific Proposals

  • Translational Science 2026 will be IN PERSON ONLY. If selected, all scientific proposals must be presented in person in Milwaukee, WI.
  • Session panel participants must be from various institutions, so the meeting attendees receive the benefit of cross-institutional collaboration. A strong justification is required for proposals in which all participants are from the same institution.
  • Panel participants are encouraged to reflect diversity in gender, background (especially underrepresented groups), and career stage. Proposals that do not include such diversity should provide a brief explanation.
