Vaccination Policy for Translational Science 2022
ACTS is committed to providing a safe, healthy environment for our attendees, sponsors, and partners to come together in-person that aligns with national and local COVID-19 guidelines. To ensure our attendees' health and security at Translational Science 2022, ACTS has implemented the following policy, effective September 22, 2021:
Proof of full vaccination against COVID-19 is required to attend Translational Science 2022. Attendees may display proof of vaccine on a mobile device or by showing a physical copy of the vaccination card or official vaccination record, along with a govenment issued photo ID, such as a driver’s license or passport. “Full vaccination” means it has been at least 14 days since receiving the second dose of a FDA authorized two-dose vaccine or it has been at least 14 days after receiving a FDA authorized single-dose vaccine.
ACTS' policies in response to COVID-19 are subject to change as national and local health and safety guidelines are updated leading up to Translational Science 2022.
Will masks be required during Translational Science 2022?
ACTS will follow Illinois and the city of Chicago's mask policies during the meeting. As of August 17, the policy states that masks are required for all indoor public settings regardless of vaccination status.
