If you categorize as a pre-doctoral trainee, you are eligible to book a room in the pre-doctoral room block. The pre-doctoral room block consists of a limited number of reduced-rate rooms. The link to book within the student block will be shared with pre-doctorial trainees within two weeks of completing their registration - or until the pre-doctoral room block sells out.

Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA) is the closest to the Washington Hilton but Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD) and Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI) are alternative options.
